How to Access Our Facility:
Booking Confirmation:
After you book online, a confirmation email and text message will be sent to you.
Access Link:
One hour before your scheduled tee time, or immediately if booked within the hour, you will receive an email with a smart door access link from "KISI". Please check your inbox (including the junk folder) for this email.
Unlocking the Door:
When you arrive at the facility, open the email from "KISI" and click on the exclusive link provided. This link will open a web browser with a blue lock button. Click the blue lock button to unlock the door and gain access to the facility.
Note: You do not need to install the KISI app to unlock the door.
Inside the Facility:
Once inside, turn on the computer by moving the mouse or pressing any key on the keyboard.
Access Validity:
Your access link will be valid from 15 minutes before your tee time to 15 minutes after your tee time has ended.

All reservations are booked online. Click BOOK NOW, select your preferred bay and time slot. Follow the steps to make a payment and complete your booking. Booking confirmations will be sent instantly. You can make reservations up to 10 days in advance.

Once your booking is completed, a smart door access link will be emailed to you instantly. Find the email from “KISI” (check your junk folder). Once at the door, click “Unlock Doors” button in the email to access the facitility. Your access link will be valid to enter and re-enter during your entire booked tee time.

TrackMan will be turned on when your booking time starts and will lock after your session is finished.
You DO NOT need a code.

You can extend or book extra time by making a new booking online via your smart phone.

We are open 24/7.
No staff is on site, however, our phone line is available 24/7 if you require immediate service.

No. Rates are per hour, per bay. Each bay can welcome up to 4 players comfortably. Additional guests are welcomed.

Approximately 1 hour per golfer for a round of 18.

We have a vending machine for non alcoholic beverages and snacks.
You are welcome to bring in your own food and non alcoholic beverages.

Clubs are available at no extra charge. There are a limited number of sets and are available first come first serve.
Stoney Creek location: You can find them in the storage room to the left of the Vending Machine.
Mississauga location: You can find them in the front lobby and back hallway before the washrooms.
Please return them after your session. -
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a credit or full refund.
Email info@swingzone.ca and include your booking confirmation.
We are not able to refund or re-schedule any bookings with less than 24 hours notice.

If you wish to unsubscribe from text updates, simply text the word "STOP".
Please note that unsubscribing means you will no longer receive confirmation texts for booked tee times. However, you will continue to receive the Kisi email 1 hour before your tee time for door access; text confirming Kisi access link has been sent will not be sent.

Locate the Remotes:
There are two remotes: one for the TV and one for the Bell TV programming.
Turn on the TV:
Use the TV remote to turn on the TV.
Select the Correct Input:
Use the TV remote to switch the input to the HDMI input.
Turn on TV Programming:
If no TV programs are showing, use the Bell remote to turn on the TV programming.
Access Sports Channels:
Navigate to the sports channels using the Bell remote. The available sports channels are in the 1400s range.
If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to ask a staff member for assistance.

Follow these steps to play music using our Sonos and Spotify system:
Locate the iPad:
Find the iPad designated for controlling the music system.
Unlock the iPad:
Tap the screen to wake up the iPad.
Access Sonos:
The Sonos app, will be ready to be use.
Search on Spotify:
Tap the Spotify icon on the Sonos app.
A search bar will appear at the bottom of the Spotify screen. Tap into it.
Type in the name of the song, artist, or playlist you want to listen to.
Play the Music:
Select your desired song, artist, or playlist from the search results and play your music.
Control Volume and Playback:
Adjust the volume and control playback using the iPad or directly on the Sonos speaker.

Golfing

We offer club rental on site. Professional trainers are also available when booked in advanced. Training fees are in addition to sim time.

Yes, we have a limited number of golf sets for rent. Please make a request in the notes upon booking.

Yes, you can use your own balls in an indoor golf simulator, but make sure they're in good condition to avoid damaging the equipment and impacting accuracy. Using high-quality balls can improve your experience.

Troubleshoot Guide

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a smart door access link via email. Please check your inbox (including the junk folder) for an email from "KISI".
When you arrive at the facility, open the email from "KISI" and click on the "Unlock Doors" button. This will give you access to the facility.

Please note that your access link will be valid up to 5 minutes before your tee time and up to 5 minutes after your tee time has ended.

A 4-digit code is not needed as the bay will automatically unlock at the start of your tee time.

If you are experiencing inaccurate ball flight readings, one potential solution is to recalibrate the system. Here's how you can do it:
From the Course View:
Click the triple dashed line at the top left corner of the screen to enter the menu.
Click on "Calibrate" in the top right corner.
Click "Auto Target" to initiate the recalibration process.
From the Shot Analysis View:
Click on the Trackman icon on the top left corner of the screen.
Click "Auto Target" to start the recalibration process.

If calibration is failing, you can try closing the program by pressing Alt + F4 and then reopening the Trackman Performance Studio. The Trackman will calibrate recalibrate upon reopening the program.

If your ball is stuck somewhere during the game, you can try clicking on the player names in the top left corner of the screen. This will give you options to mulligan, pick up, or drop the ball. You can choose an appropriate option to reset the ball position to a playable location.

If the course view in Trackman 4 becomes unresponsive or frozen, you can try pressing Alt + F4 to exit the course. The game will be saved and can be resumed by clicking on the top right corner.
If you have closed the Trackman 4 program and returned to the desktop, you can reopen the Trackman Performance Studio by locating the program icon on your desktop and double-clicking on it to launch the software -
If you cannot locate any tees or balls, they may be located behind or under the screen. Try lifting the screen to see if the tees and balls are there.
